Our retired employees club attended an Asian inspired duck cooking demonstration with matched wines this afternoon. It was a terrific event which managed to balance time to chat, time to learn and time to eat really well. The food and wine were excellent, as was our host and demonstrator Wendy. 2 and a half hours went by in a flash. Highly recommended.

What an awesome class! We have attended several classes now and this time we took friends from interstate. They absolutely loved it and can’t wait to come back to visit so we can go again.
The newly renovated kitchen is a great space and we got to do several recipes per couple, we have since used the recipes at home and they’ve been successful! Can’t recommend luv a duck cooking classes enough. Carol and Joanne are absolutely awesome and really helpful with any questions that you have.

A fantastic experience! This class is wonderful experience and great value for money. Our instructor Wendy was so knowledgable and walked us through everything from roasting to portioning a duck, to the completion of 10 dishes! Each paid is given 2 dishes to prepare, with most being pretty straightforward and easy to complete for even a novice cook.
It was especially great to enjoy all our dishes with a lovely glass of wine.
Would absolutely recommend to anyone who enjoys cooking and learning new easy to prepare “wow” dishes for your next dinner party.

I will not single out anything. It is for anyone: for those who love cooking, or just want to have a great time, invest time with one’s partner, etc. it is a very good value for money. No need to mention the service, setting standards, quality of everything. I am booking another one!!

You can always learn something new whether it is about roasting duck, marinating it or just combining it with various vegetables and flavours. Thoroughly enjoyed the class with Wendy who organised us, supervised us and imparted wisdom. It was nice not to have to do the dishes. Enjoyed eating all the dishes cooked and felt very full by the end of the night. Definitely recommend the class.

If I could give it more that 5 stars, I would! Flawlessly ran class, Wendy has the art of directing 10 people to cook 10 different dishes down pat. We learnt a lot and at the end of the class got to sit down to a beautiful meal with a glass of wine. Rolled out of there happy and full of duck!

— Sally

I have never cooked duck and the Asian inspired dishes were absolutely delicious. The experience is one not to be missed. The staff were fantastic and we enjoyed meeting the other participants.
